Gargano, Jr., - IFAS,CRP Mr. Gargano is a Partner and Principal with Bomba Gargano Valuation, Inc. He is a General Certified Appraiser who has been appraising Commercial and Residential real estate since 1986, and has earned his IFAS designation from the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers, (NAIFA). He has served as an expert testimony witness in matters of litigation related to various condemnation cases, divorce proceedings, and other matters of valuation disputes. Mr. Gargano is also a Member of the Employee Relocation Council, (ERC), and has earned his CRP designation. He is a Member of the Corporate Relocation Council,(CRC). Additionally, he is a Member and Board of Director of Relocation Appraisers and Consultants, (RAC), an organization which recognizes the most skilled appraisers in the relocation industry throughout the U.S. He was honored as RAC’s 1st Annual Report Writing Contest Winner, an award recognizing his report as the most thorough and understanding by a panel of third-party corporate professionals. Mr. Gargano has written numerous articles which have been published in local and national newspapers and periodicals, in addition to appearing as a speaker for various educational sessions for a myriad of organizations and companies. Prior to his professional career, Mr. Gargano graduated Cum Laude from Northern Illinois University, with a B.S. degree in Finance. Ronald F. Bomba - SRPA, SRA,SCRP Mr. Bomba is the Founder of Bomba Gargano Valuation, Inc, where he currently also serves as a Principal and Partner. He has been appraising Commercial and Residential real estate since 1960, and has earned both his SRPA and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute, (formerly the Society of Real Estate Appraiser). He has served as an expert testimony witness in matters of litigation related to various condemnation cases, divorce proceedings, and other matters of valuation disputes. Mr. Bomba is also a Member of the Employee Relocation Council, (ERC), and has earned his SCRP designation. He was the recipient of the Meritious Service Award- , 1989, Industry Practice and Distinguished Service Award - 1989, President’s Award – 1991, and the Testimonial Award – 1992, each given by ERC. He was also one of the authors of The Relocation Appraisal Guide – 1st Addition, 1989. He is a Member of the Corporate Relocation Council,(CRC). Additionally, he is a Founding Member of Relocation Appraisers and Consultants, (RAC), an organization which recognizes the most skilled appraisers in the relocation industry throughout the U.S. He formerly served as an Officer and Board of Director for RAC. He also served as RAC’s Chairman for the Annual Education Conferences in 1997 and 2000.
